This is a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff and it was exceptionally clean. The location - 5-6 minutes walk from Rome Termini - is perfect for Rome sightseeing. It is within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, Roman Forum etc and only a 10 minute Metro ride from Vatican city. The room was perfectly big enough, the beds comfortable and the air conditioning worked well on the very hot days we were there. A lovely haven from the heat in the middle of the day which allowed us to explore in the morning, return for a quick shower and rest and then explore again in the afternoon. Breakfast was fab - plenty of choice from hot foods (bacon, mini hot-dog-style sausages, scrambled and boiled eggs) to a vast selection of cold food (bakery items, yoghurts, fresh fruit, cheeses, cold meat cuts etc) along with a good selection of hot and cold drinks. We ate at the Diana Roof Garden restaurant every night and honestly the food was amazing. The location is stunning and watching the sun go down and the moon rise as you eat is a complete treat. The staff were very attentive without being intrusive and the whole experience was wonderful. The menu selection changed each night and provided an opportunity to try a multitude of different authentic Italian dishes. The roof top bar was also lovely with very helpful staff who provided a wide selection of cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages (hot and cold). Given the location and the standard of room, public areas and staff service, I think the price we paid was absolute value for money. Highly recommend. (Oh and if you are staying there - I completely recommend you try the restaurant next door - Est! Est! Est! - for lunch. 'Twas incredible.)

It's not a gimmick - the hotel really has a gorgeous rooftop garden. It's located within walking distance from Termini train station, which is very convenient if you're hauling luggage like we did. It's within walking distance from most historical landmarks, but a metro station and a bus terminal are nearby in case you need to cover larger distances. The staff at the hotel is lovely and helpful. We had a room on the top floor, and it appeared to have been renovated. We really liked how the architects solved the small space and broke it down into sections, making the room design stand out. Our room also had a balcony, which was a perfect place to relax, have ourselves something to drink, and revisit our impressions of the day's touring around the city. 100% recommend this hotel, and I'd come back.

The staff is very friendly. I emailed them about making reservations for dinner at the roof top garden the first night. Such a lovely response- I felt I was staying at a 5 star hotel. Full breakfast with a lot of variety. I walked to several sites between 7 am - 9 am (to avoid the crowds) and still made it back to the hotel for breakfast. The neighborhood, Esquiline and Monti, is wonderful. Lots of restaurants. And the main train station (Termini) is only two blocks away. Also access to the two main metro lines at the station. The church, Santa Maria Maggiore, is stunning. Only two blocks away - don't miss it. Colosseum is about a 15 minute walk. I also walked to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Plaza Navona.

The 'included' breakfast was great to get the day going in a nice location (the roof top is so pretty), good coffee too - The staff were very helpful, assisting in 'looking after' our luggage when we away for a few days, staff remembered us on our return. The location is excellent, close to the train station. staff were very helpful in setting up the air con. & ensuring we were comfy.

The location is ideal as you are around the corner from Roma Termini (main transport station). Staff was very professional and friendly. Elevator access, great air conditioning. Room had a fridge which is great but wasn’t cold enough (not sure if this was a malfunctioning fridge or pre set). The room was very large for any large European city as was the bathroom.
